What does make a leader?
Problem solving capabilities?
Someone who find the necessary answers?
Someone strong enough to shoulder blame and willing to take responsibility?
Someone who uses positive action in place of hopeful words?
Someone who may be swayed but not affected
Not one, but all

Which holds more accomplishment:
Completing the goals you have designed, constructed, and organized
- or -
Achieving what was thought unreachable;
Something truly unimaginable

I can never understand people who can't see themselves. It's ridiculous to me. If you don't have any idea of what self-evaluation is, ask someone down-to-Earth.
If someone else gives you advice on how to act, think about how it would apply to your situation and maybe take the advice. For someone that is constantly being told by other people that their actions are disrupting or negatively impacting others, one would think they would change. The people that don't and never will are some of the worst people to be around.There is no light way to put the fact that someone is thick-skulled, dense, or just plain dull.
I fully understand if a person is affected by a disorder or illness and is uncontrollably distant or rude due to external, unsolveable problems, but frankly, said person is usually still hard to be around.
Everyone else, get a grip. Look at who you are and who you will be.
